1. 서비스
Spikenote(아래에서 ‘서비스’)는 유튜브 영상 주제·키워드의 관심도와 경쟁 정도, 제목·태그 후보, 채널 기록 같은 참고 자료를 무료로 보여 줍니다. 가입 없이 쓰며, 서비스를 쓰면 이 안내와 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 숫자는 추정치입니다
- 관심도는 구글 트렌드의 ‘유튜브 검색’ 비교값, 연관 키워드는 유튜브 자동완성, 영상·채널 숫자는 유튜브 공개 화면에서 가져온 값입니다. 유튜브가 공식으로 주는 숫자가 아니며 실제 검색 수·조회수와 다를 수 있습니다.
- 구글 트렌드를 받지 못하면 관심도를 위쪽 영상 조회 속도로 어림하고, 화면에 추정치라고 표시합니다.
- 서비스의 숫자와 제안은 참고용입니다. 영상 성과를 보장하지 않습니다.
3. 관계 표시
Spikenote는 YouTube·Google과 관계가 없고, 그 회사들이 만들거나 보증한 서비스가 아닙니다. YouTube는 Google LLC의 상표입니다.
4. 하지 말아야 할 일
- 프로그램으로 서비스를 대량으로 부르거나, 서비스의 자료를 모아 다시 파는 일
- 요청 제한을 피하려고 여러 곳에서 나눠 부르는 일, 서비스의 동작을 방해하는 일
- 남의 권리를 침해하거나 법에 어긋나는 목적으로 쓰는 일
같은 곳에서 1분에 너무 많이 부르면 서비스가 잠시 응답하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자가 만든 것
썸네일, 대본 구성, 제목·태그처럼 이용자가 서비스로 만든 결과물은 이용자의 것입니다. 썸네일에 넣는 사진·글꼴의 권리는 이용자가 확인해 주세요.
6. 바꾸거나 멈출 수 있습니다
운영자는 기능을 바꾸거나, 유튜브·구글의 정책 변경 같은 이유로 일부 기능을 멈출 수 있습니다. 서비스 전체를 끝낼 때는 30일 전에 첫 화면에 알립니다.
7. 책임의 한계
서비스는 무료로 있는 그대로 제공합니다. 운영자는 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 숫자의 오차나 서비스가 멈춘 것으로 생긴 손해를 책임지지 않습니다. 법이 이 제한을 허용하지 않는 경우에는 법을 따릅니다.
8. 법과 분쟁
이 안내는 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 먼저 메일로 협의하고, 해결되지 않으면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다. 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호법이 주는 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다.
9. 바뀔 때 알림
이 안내를 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에 이 화면에 알립니다.

1. The Service
Spikenote (the “Service”) shows reference data for YouTube video topics and keywords for free: search interest, competition, title and tag ideas, and channel history. No account is needed. By using the Service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Numbers are estimates
- Search interest comes from Google Trends “YouTube Search” comparisons, related keywords from YouTube autocomplete, and video and channel numbers from public YouTube pages. They are not official YouTube figures and may differ from actual searches and views.
- When Google Trends is unavailable, we estimate interest from how fast top videos gain views and label it as an estimate.
- Numbers and suggestions are for reference only and do not guarantee video results.
3. No affiliation
Spikenote is not affiliated with, made by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
4. Things you must not do
- Call the Service in bulk with scripts, or collect and resell its data
- Spread requests across sources to get around rate limits, or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to infringe others’ rights or for unlawful purposes
If one source sends too many requests in a minute, the Service stops responding to it for a short time.
5. What you create
Thumbnails, script outlines, titles, and tags you make with the Service belong to you. Please make sure you have the rights to images and fonts you use in thumbnails.
6. Changes and suspension
We may change features or suspend some of them, for example when YouTube or Google change their policies. If we shut down the whole Service, we will announce it on the home screen 30 days in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided free and “as is”. Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate numbers or downtime. Where the law does not allow this limitation, the law applies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact us by email first; unresolved disputes go to the competent court under Korean civil procedure law. Rights you have under consumer protection laws of your country are not affected.
9. Updates
We will post changes to these terms on this page 7 days before they take effect.

1. El Servicio
Spikenote (el “Servicio”) muestra gratis datos de referencia sobre temas y palabras clave de videos de YouTube: interés de búsqueda, competencia, ideas de títulos y etiquetas, e historial de canales. No hace falta cuenta. Al usar el Servicio aceptas estas condiciones y nuestra Política de privacidad.
2. Las cifras son estimaciones
- El interés de búsqueda proviene de las comparaciones de “Búsqueda de YouTube” de Google Trends, las palabras relacionadas del autocompletado de YouTube y las cifras de videos y canales de páginas públicas de YouTube. No son cifras oficiales de YouTube y pueden diferir de las búsquedas y vistas reales.
- Si Google Trends no responde, estimamos el interés según la rapidez con que los primeros videos suman vistas y lo indicamos como estimación.
- Las cifras y sugerencias son solo de referencia y no garantizan resultados.
3. Sin vínculo
Spikenote no está vinculado con YouTube ni Google, ni ha sido creado o avalado por ellos. YouTube es una marca de Google LLC.
4. Lo que no debes hacer
- Llamar al Servicio de forma masiva con programas, o recopilar y revender sus datos
- Repartir solicitudes entre varias fuentes para evitar los límites, o alterar el funcionamiento del Servicio
- Usar el Servicio para infringir derechos ajenos o con fines ilícitos
Si una misma fuente envía demasiadas solicitudes en un minuto, el Servicio deja de responderle durante un momento.
5. Lo que creas
Las miniaturas, estructuras de guion, títulos y etiquetas que hagas con el Servicio son tuyos. Asegúrate de tener derechos sobre las imágenes y fuentes que uses en las miniaturas.
6. Cambios y suspensión
Podemos cambiar funciones o suspender algunas, por ejemplo si YouTube o Google cambian sus políticas. Si cerramos todo el Servicio, lo avisaremos en la pantalla de inicio con 30 días de antelación.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
El Servicio se ofrece gratis y “tal cual”. Salvo dolo o negligencia grave, no respondemos de pérdidas causadas por cifras inexactas o interrupciones. Si la ley no permite esta limitación, se aplica la ley.
8. Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República de Corea. Escríbenos primero por correo; las disputas no resueltas irán al tribunal competente según la ley procesal civil coreana. Se mantienen los derechos que te dan las leyes de protección al consumidor de tu país.
9. Actualizaciones
Publicaremos los cambios en esta página 7 días antes de que entren en vigor.
