주식회사 앤써(아래에서 ‘운영자’)는 유튜브 영상 주제·키워드를 찾아 주는 무료 서비스 ‘Spikenote’(https://spikenote.pages.dev, 크롬 확장과 AI 도구 연결 주소 포함, 아래에서 ‘서비스’)를 운영합니다. 운영자는 「개인정보 보호법」과 유럽 일반 개인정보 보호법(GDPR)에 따라 이용자의 정보를 지키기 위해 이 처리방침을 둡니다.

1. 회원 가입이 없습니다
서비스는 가입·로그인 없이 씁니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 구글 계정 같은 정보는 받지 않습니다.

유럽 이용자의 경우, 이용자가 요청한 기능을 제공하기 위해(GDPR 제6조 제1항 b호), 그리고 서비스를 안전하게 운영하고 개선하려는 운영자의 정당한 이익을 위해(같은 항 f호) 위 정보를 다룹니다.
3. 쿠키와 광고
서비스는 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 위 표의 정보만 둡니다. 광고를 붙이지 않고, 이용자 정보를 팔거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자 정보를 다른 회사에 제공하지 않습니다. 결과를 만들려고 유튜브(Google LLC)와 구글 트렌드에 키워드·영상 주소·채널 이름을 묻지만, 브라우저 번호나 IP 주소는 보내지 않습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 서비스를 쓰지 않거나, 등록 기능을 쓰지 않으면 됩니다. 등록하지 않으면 브라우저 번호와 등록 정보가 서버에 남지 않습니다.
6. 크롬 확장과 AI 도구 연결
크롬 확장은 이용자가 보는 유튜브 검색어와 영상 ID를 이 서비스 서버로 보내 점수를 받아 옵니다. 확장 안에는 언어·나라 설정만 저장합니다. AI 도구 연결 주소(/mcp)는 로그인 없이 쓰고, 받은 키워드는 결과 보관 말고는 남기지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 지우는 방법
- 설정 화면의 ‘모두 지우기’를 누르면 그 브라우저의 저장 자료와 서버의 등록 정보가 바로 지워집니다.
- 경쟁 채널·알림 키워드는 각 화면에서 하나씩 뺄 수 있습니다.
- 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지, 옮겨 받기, 반대를 요청하려면 marketing@nser.kr로 브라우저 번호(설정 화면에서 확인 가능)와 함께 알려 주세요. 10일 안에 답합니다.
- 유럽 이용자는 거주 국가의 개인정보 감독기관(스페인은 AEPD)에 민원을 낼 수 있습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
모든 연결은 암호화(HTTPS)합니다. 서버에 둔 정보는 운영자만 볼 수 있고, 보관 기간이 지난 기록은 매시간 자동으로 지웁니다.
9. 만 14세 미만 아동
서비스는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 일부러 모으지 않습니다.

11. 권익 침해 구제
개인정보 침해에 대한 상담·신고는 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), 개인정보침해신고센터(118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 대검찰청(1301), 경찰청(182)에 할 수 있습니다.
12. 바뀔 때 알림
이 처리방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에 이 화면에 알립니다. 이용자 권리에 큰 변화가 있으면 30일 전에 알립니다.

NSER Inc. (“we”) runs Spikenote (https://spikenote.pages.dev, including the Chrome extension and the AI tool connection URL — the “Service”), a free tool for finding YouTube video topics and keywords. This policy explains what information we handle, why, for how long, and how you can delete it. It is written to meet the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. No accounts
You use the Service without signing up or logging in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or Google account.

For users in the EU, we process this information to provide the features you ask for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and for our legitimate interest in running the Service safely and improving it (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Cookies and ads
We do not use cookies. We keep only the items in the table above in your browser storage (localStorage). We show no ads and never sell your information or use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
We do not give your information to other companies. To build results we send keywords, video URLs, and channel names to YouTube (Google LLC) and Google Trends, but never your browser ID or IP address.

If you do not want this transfer, you can stop using the Service or skip the register features; without registering, no browser ID or registered data is stored on our server.
6. Chrome extension and AI tool connection
The Chrome extension sends the YouTube search term or video ID you are viewing to our server to get scores, and stores only your language and country settings. The AI tool connection URL (/mcp) needs no login and keeps the keywords it receives only in the result cache.
7. Your rights and how to delete
- “Delete all” in Settings removes that browser’s saved data and your registrations on our server immediately.
- You can remove competitor channels and alert keywords one by one on their screens.
- To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object, email marketing@nser.kr with your browser ID (shown in Settings). We reply within 10 days.
- EU users may lodge a complaint with their data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
8. Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Only we can access data on our server, and records past their retention period are deleted automatically every hour.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 14 (under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

(“nosotros”) gestiona Spikenote (https://spikenote.pages.dev, incluida la extensión de Chrome y la dirección de conexión para herramientas de IA, el “Servicio”), una herramienta gratuita para encontrar temas y palabras clave de videos de YouTube. Esta política explica qué información tratamos, por qué, durante cuánto tiempo y cómo puedes borrarla. Cumple la Ley de Protección de Información Personal de Corea y el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la UE (RGPD).

1. Sin cuentas
El Servicio se usa sin registrarse ni iniciar sesión. No pedimos tu nombre, correo, teléfono ni cuenta de Google.

Para usuarios de la UE, tratamos esta información para prestar las funciones que pides (art. 6.1.b RGPD) y por nuestro interés legítimo en operar el Servicio con seguridad y mejorarlo (art. 6.1.f).
3. Cookies y anuncios
No usamos cookies. Solo guardamos en el almacenamiento del navegador (localStorage) lo que aparece en la tabla. No mostramos anuncios y nunca vendemos tu información ni la usamos para publicidad.
4. Cesión a terceros
No cedemos tu información a otras empresas. Para crear resultados enviamos palabras clave, URL de videos y nombres de canales a YouTube (Google LLC) y Google Trends, pero nunca tu ID de navegador ni tu IP.

Si no quieres esta transferencia, puedes dejar de usar el Servicio o no usar las funciones de registro; sin registro no se guarda en el servidor ningún ID de navegador ni dato registrado.
6. Extensión de Chrome y conexión con herramientas de IA
La extensión de Chrome envía a nuestro servidor la búsqueda o el ID del video de YouTube que estás viendo para obtener los puntajes, y solo guarda tu idioma y país. La dirección de conexión para IA (/mcp) no requiere inicio de sesión y solo conserva las palabras recibidas en la caché de resultados.
7. Tus derechos y cómo borrar
- “Borrar todo” en Ajustes elimina al instante los datos guardados en ese navegador y tus registros en nuestro servidor.
- Puedes quitar canales de la competencia y palabras de alerta uno por uno en sus pantallas.
- Para pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad u oponerte, escribe a marketing@nser.kr con tu ID de navegador (lo ves en Ajustes). Respondemos en 10 días.
- Puedes presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país (en España, la AEPD).
8. Seguridad
Todas las conexiones van cifradas (HTTPS). Solo nosotros accedemos a los datos del servidor, y los registros vencidos se borran automáticamente cada hora.
9. Menores
El Servicio no está dirigido a menores de 14 años (16 en la UE) y no recopilamos sus datos a sabiendas.
